Isen Kipetu

Sustainable Livelihoods Manager

Isen is dedicated to community development and holds diplomas in Project Management and Community Development from the Kenya Institute of Management and St. Paul's University respectively, where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. She has gained considerable experience through her work with AMREF in the Kenya Sanitation and Hygiene Program and USAID in the Orphans and Vulnerable Children program in Narok County. She is also a co-founder of Maasai Action for Change, a grassroots organization focused on community development and environmental preservation in the Maasai Mara region.

In addition to her community work, Isen is an active member of the Women in Leadership Council, advocating for increased female leadership in Narok County. She is a certified business coach with the Street Business School, specializing in developing eco-friendly start-ups and leading capacity-building workshops for local entrepreneurs. Her practical skills include mushroom farming and soap making, enhancing her contributions to sustainable community development.
