Gladys Mwangi

Gladys Mwangi is the dedicated crèche teacher at Ngila ECDE and Primary School, operated under The Maa Trust. With a focus on children aged 6 months to 3 years, she engages in activities designed to develop fine motor skills during crucial early childhood stages. Her methods include puzzle-solving, painting, sand play, toy car activities, printing, singing, and music listening, among others. Through these diverse and enriching activities, Gladys aims to create a nurturing environment that promotes holistic growth, preparing the children for future learning milestones. Bringing 24 years of teaching experience, Gladys holds a diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) from the reputable Baraka Joy Teacher's College in Kenya, and a higher diploma in Theology, specializing in Children's Ministry, from the Presbyterian University of East Africa (PUEA).
